舒适护理对宫颈癌化疗患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨对于宫颈癌化疗患者治疗过程中的舒适护理干预方案在患者不良心理情绪以及对改善治疗效果起到的作用。方法选取我科收治的需要行化疗的宫颈癌患者为本次临床研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取科内常规护理方案,观察组采取舒适护理干预方案。通过对比两组采取护理方案干预前后的抑郁以及焦虑评分和患者治疗过程中的依从性、治疗过程中的并发症发生率等来评价两种护理方案的差异性。结果通过临床实际对比实验发现,采取舒适护理方案的观察组其焦虑和抑郁评分在治疗前后的对比情况较采取一般常规护理方案的对照组有显著改善。同时观察组在治疗过程中的依从性较对照组明显增高;而治疗过程中的并发症发生率较对照组明显下降。结果具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对于宫颈癌化疗患者治疗过程中采取舒适护理干预方案可以明显地改善患者治疗过程中的不良心理状态,提升患者的治疗效果,降低了患者化疗过程中并发症发生率,显著提升了患者的辅助治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on patients with cervical cancer in the course of chemotherapy. Methods the patients with cervical cancer who needed chemotherapy were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted Kone routine nursing program, and the observation group adopted comfortable nursing intervention scheme. The differences between the two groups were evaluated by comparing the scores of depression and anxiety before and after nursing intervention, the compliance of patients during treatment, and the incidence of complications in the course of treatment. Results the comparison of anxiety and depression scores before and after treatment in the observation group with comfortable nursing program was significantly improved than that in the control group with general routine nursing program. At the same time, the compliance in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The results were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the comfortable nursing intervention can obviously improve the bad psychological state, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications in the course of chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer. The effect of adjuvant therapy was improved significantly.
