【摘要】:正基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)是一种新型的质谱技术,具有灵敏度高,样品用量少,分析速度快的特点。目前,MALDI-TOF已开始应用于多项微生物的检测,为临床疾病的诊疗提供有效的指导。1 MALDI-TOF鉴定微生物的特点及优势MALDI-TOF系统由基质辅助激光解吸电离离子源(MALDI)、飞行时间质量分析器(TOF)和检测器组成,属于一种软电离技术,适用于混合物及生物大分子的测定〔1〕。其原理是利用激光照射待测物与基质形成的共结晶薄膜,通过基质吸收能量并将能量转移至待测物分子,使分子解离成离子,利用离子在
