无创血压检测抗运动干扰技术的研究

【摘要】:近年来随着移动医疗技术的兴起,穿戴式生理参数监测设备作为移动医疗技术重要的信息资源接入终端之一正逐渐成为研究热点。穿戴式生理参数检测技术的一个重要内容就是抗运动干扰技术的研究,而抗运动干扰一直以来也是穿戴式医疗设备应用的一个重要难点。血压是人体重要的生理参数之一,如何通过抗运动干扰技术的研究提高血压的测量精度,进而发展穿戴式血压监测技术具有十分重要的应用价值。本文完成的工作主要如下:(1)完成了基于MSP430FG4618微处理器、集成MEMS加速度传感器LIS3DH及无创血压检测仪的硬件系统设计,可实时采集脉搏波信号和运动加速度信号。(2)研究了现有无创血压测量算法,提出基于高斯拟合联合差分比值的无创血压测量改进算法,并将算法植入到微处理器中进行了测试,通过大量的实验验证了算法的有效性。(3)设计了一种将袖带与测量仪器集成一体的无创血压测量抗运动干扰系统,研究了将血压测量中运动的加速度信号作为参考信号来消减脉搏波信号中运动干扰信号的自适应滤波器及相关算法。实验结果表明该系统和算法对存在手臂局部运动的血压测量具有较好的抗运动干扰作用。该方法对其他人体生理参数的抗运动干扰检测具有普遍意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of mobile medical technology, wearable physiological parameter monitoring equipment as one of the important information resource access terminals of mobile medical technology is becoming a research hotspot. One of the important contents of wearable physiological parameter detection technology is the research of anti-motion interference technology, which has always been an important difficulty in the application of wearable medical equipment. Blood pressure is one of the important physiological parameters of human body. How to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement through the research of anti-exercise interference technology and then develop wearable blood pressure monitoring technology has very important application value. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) the hardware system of MEMS acceleration sensor LIS3DH and non-invasive blood pressure detector is designed based on MSP430FG4618 microprocessor. Pulse wave signals and motion acceleration signals can be collected in real time. (2) the existing non-invasive blood pressure measurement algorithms are studied. An improved non-invasive blood pressure measurement algorithm based on Gao Si fitting and differential ratio is proposed, and the algorithm is implanted into the microprocessor for testing. A large number of experiments have proved the effectiveness of the algorithm. (3) A non-invasive anti-motion interference system for blood pressure measurement is designed, which integrates the cuff band and the measuring instrument. In this paper, the adaptive filter and its correlation algorithm are studied, in which the acceleration signal in the blood pressure measurement is used as the reference signal to reduce the motion interference signal in the pulse wave signal. Experimental results show that the system and algorithm have a good anti-movement interference effect on blood pressure measurement with local arm motion. This method is of general significance for the detection of other human physiological parameters against motion interference.
