药物准备过程中断的次数和持续时间及其导致中断的因素研究

【摘要】：目的探究药物准备过程中断的次数和持续时间及其导致中断的因素,从而为护理工作人员因药物准备过程中断而造成的医疗失误作出指导。方法连续性观察2015年6月—12月期间护理工作人员的日常工作,记录所有护士期间发生药物准备过程中断的次数和持续时间,并分析导致其中断的因素,对结果进行统计学的处理。结果共收集832个药物准备过程,其中发生中断有751个,平均中断次数为(6.1±0.7)次,平均持续时间为(6.5±2.4)min,导致中断的因素包括医师传唤、患者呼叫、接听电话、家属答疑以及同事交流等人为因素和材料处理、信息录入以及药品发放等非人为因素。结论护理工作人员在进行药物准备的过程中,发生中断的次数频繁,持续的时间长,导致的因素多。因此,护理工作人员应注意分析药物准备过程中断的因素,减少不必要的中断次数,从而降低因药物准备过程中断而造成的医疗失误的发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the number and duration of drug preparation interruption and the factors leading to the interruption so as to provide guidance for nursing staff to make medical mistakes caused by the interruption of drug preparation process. Methods the daily work of nursing staff was observed continuously from June to December 2015. The number and duration of the interruption of the drug preparation process in all nurses were recorded, and the factors leading to the interruption were analyzed. The results were processed statistically. Results A total of 832 drug preparation processes were collected, among which 751 were interrupted, the average number of interruptions was (6.1 卤0.7) and the average duration was (6.5 卤2.4) min. The factors leading to the interruption included doctor summons, patients calling and answering phone calls. Non-human factors such as answering questions and communicating with colleagues, information entry, drug distribution and other non-human factors. Conclusion in the course of drug preparation, the nursing staff have frequent interruptions, long duration and many factors. Therefore, nursing staff should pay attention to analyze the factors of drug preparation process interruption, reduce the number of unnecessary interruptions, so as to reduce the incidence of medical errors caused by the interruption of drug preparation process.
