骨科患者手术医院感染的危险因素与预防措施

【摘要】：目的针对骨科手术患者感染的危险因素,探讨手术室医院感染控制对策,有效地预防及采取护理措施。方法选取医院2015年1-12月行手术的骨科患者,通过在工作中发现的问题,分析引发感染的危险因素,并提出有效护理措施。结果 9 559例骨科手术患者中发生手术部位感染39例,感染率0.04%,切断了引起医院手术室感染的途径,避免各项手术感染的发生。结论通过加强严格执行无菌操作、严格进行术中预防感染与控制以及控制手术时间、预防低体温等环节,以及严格落实相关的预防手术感染措施,使骨科手术部位的感染率得到有效降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of infection in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, and to discuss the control measures of nosocomial infection in operating room, and to effectively prevent and take nursing measures. Methods selected orthopedic patients who underwent surgery from January to December 2015, analyzed the risk factors of infection and put forward effective nursing measures through the problems found in the work. Results among 9 559 cases of orthopedic surgery, 39 cases had site infection and the infection rate was 0.04%, which cut off the way of nosocomial operating room infection and avoided the occurrence of all kinds of surgical infection. Conclusion by strengthening the strict implementation of aseptic operation, strictly carrying out intraoperative infection prevention and control, controlling operation time, preventing hypothermia and so on, and strictly implementing the relevant measures to prevent surgical infection. The infection rate of orthopedic surgery site was reduced effectively.
