郑州市某医院医务人员体成分与血糖血脂的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的基于体成分分析仪测量出的人体成分指标和从检验科收集的血糖血脂水平指标,从而分析河南省郑州市医务工作者人体成分与血糖血脂现状及二者之间的相关性,筛选血糖血脂异常的高危人群,以指导该人群健康饮食,从而提高其健康水平方法首先,对医务工作者人体成分及血糖和血脂现状进行横断面分析:其次运用不同的肥胖检测方法对医务工作者肥胖程度进行检测,并对四种检测方法进行比较:最后,对体重、腰围、BMI以及体成分与血糖和血脂之间的相关性进行分析。结果总体检人数为2012人,其中男性328人,占总人群的16.3%,女性1684人,占总人群的83.7%。男性和女性医务工作者人体成分、血糖水平、血脂水平及其变化趋势不完全相同。不同检测方法对同一亚组人群检测肥胖的检出率不同,腰围法检出率较高,标准体重法和体脂肪率法检出率略低。体成分各指标与血糖和血脂指标间有相关性。结论医务工作者中肥胖者较多,且多属于中心型肥胖。男女血糖和血脂水平高低存在性别差异,并且与年龄有关。不同的肥胖检测方法对同一亚组人群检测肥胖的检出率不同。人体成分能够在一定程度上反映人体血糖和血[脂水平,因此有望通过人体成分筛选医务工作者中血糖血脂高危人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between body composition and blood glucose and lipids of medical workers in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, based on the indexes of body composition measured by body composition analyzer and blood glucose and lipid level collected from laboratory. Screening high risk groups with abnormal blood glucose and lipids in order to guide them to eat healthily and improve their health level first of all, Cross-sectional analysis of medical workers' body composition, blood sugar and blood lipids: secondly, different obesity detection methods were used to detect the degree of obesity of medical workers, and four methods were compared: finally, weight, The relationship between waist circumference BMI, body composition and blood glucose and blood lipids was analyzed. Results the total number of physical examination was 2012, including 328,male, accounting for 16.3% of the total population, 1684 females, 83.7% of the total population. Male and female medical workers are not identical in body composition, blood glucose level, blood lipid level and their changing trend. The detection rate of obesity in the same subgroup was different with different methods. The detection rate of waist circumference method was higher than that of standard body weight method and body fat rate method. The indexes of body composition were correlated with blood glucose and blood lipid. Conclusion there are more obese people in the medical workers, and most of them belong to central obesity. There were gender differences in blood glucose and blood lipid levels between men and women, and they were related to age. The detection rate of obesity in the same subgroup was different among different obesity detection methods. The composition of human body can reflect the level of blood glucose and blood lipid to a certain extent, so it is expected to screen the high risk population of blood glucose and lipid among medical workers by human body composition.
