肿瘤科和老年科医务人员对尊严死的认知及态度调查

【摘要】：为了解肿瘤科和老年科医务人员对尊严死的认知程度和态度以及相关影响因素,应用自制问卷,采用整群抽样对成都市15家医院肿瘤科及老年科医务人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果显示:多数医务人员对尊严死不够了解,甚至存在误解,这影响了医务人员对尊严死的态度。了解尊严死的医务人员多对尊严死持支持态度。要推动尊严死在中国的实施,必须完善相关法律法规,同时加强死亡教育和对尊严死相关知识的宣传教育,重视患者的知情权和自主权。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the cognition and attitude of medical staff in oncology department and geriatrics on dignity death and related factors, a self-filling questionnaire survey was conducted among oncology department and geriatric medical staff in 15 hospitals in Chengdu by using self-made questionnaire. The results show that most medical staff do not understand and even misunderstand the death of dignity, which affects the attitude of medical personnel towards dignity death. Medical personnel who understand the death of dignity are more supportive of the death of dignity. In order to promote the implementation of Dignity death in China, it is necessary to perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen death education and propaganda and education on the knowledge of Dignity death, and attach importance to patients' right to know and autonomy.
