南京市机构养老护理员专业水平及影响因素的调查研究

【摘要】:[目的]1.了解南京市机构养老护理员专业化现状,专业知识认知程度及需求。2.分析影响因素,为地区养老护理员专业化培训提供参考依据。[方法]1.查阅相关文献,结合开放式访谈,形成《南京市机构养老护理员专业水平测评问卷》初稿。2.选取与本研究相关的12名养老专业专家,经过两轮德尔菲法专家函询,对问卷进行修改,完善。3.便利抽取南京市养老机构中660名养老护理员进行问卷调查。4.利用调查结果对调查问卷进行信效度检测,确定调查表可用于后续分析。5.采用表格录入数据,spssl7.0对所获得的资料进行分析,主要分析方法包括描述性统计分析、方差分析。[结果]1.本次调查的600名机构养老护理员基本情况:本次调查600名养老护理员以女性为主(90.17%),年龄40-55岁居多(55.16%),学历初中以下(67.16%),工资水平中等2000-3500(58.16%);在专业知识获得方面,大多是养老员之间经验交流,帮带学习,培训时间短,其中81.47%的养老护理员所获得培训专业知识时间小于三个月,其中74.68%的养老护理员觉得现有理论和技能不能完全满足被照顾老人的养老需求。2.专业知识得分情况:养老护理员专业知识测评满分为48分,本次调查养老护理员专业知识总得分为(21.958±3.669);专业技能分问卷总分(12.830±2.238)高于理论知识分问卷总分(9.129±2.139)。从总问卷来看,得分最高的维度是清洁卫生(2.730±0.684),其次是排泄照料(2.600±0.696),得分较低的两个维度为道德法律(1.090±0.604),观察记录(1.120±0.656)。3.影响因素:人口学基本资料中性别及年龄对养老护理员理论知识分问卷,专业技能分问卷,总问卷的影响不存在统计学意义(P0.05)。不同护龄在理论知识分问卷,专业技能分问卷,总问卷得分上差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.01)护龄越高,在分问卷及总问卷得分越高。不同培训时间及培训方式在理论知识分问卷,专业技能分问卷,总问卷得分上差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.01)。培训时间越长,培训方式越多在分问卷及总问卷得分越高。不同聘用方式在理论知识分问卷,专业技能分问卷,总问卷得分上差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.01)。正式编制员工在分问卷及总问卷得分高于合同工和临时工。不同月薪养老护理员在理论知识分问卷,专业技能分问卷,总问卷得分上差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.01)。月薪越高的养老护理员在分问卷及总问卷得分越高。4.认知需求情况:养老护理人员养老护理相关知识需求总分(37.594±1.984)高于专业测评总分(21.958±3.669)。其中需求最高的知识维度是疾病护理知识(3.93±0.73);需求最低的知识维度是道德法律(2.04±0.66)。[结论]1.南京市机构养老护理员年龄层次偏大,女性占主要部分,收入水平中等,专业化培训时间短,方式单一。2.养老护理员专业化水平较低,专业技能得分高于理论知识得分。护龄,月薪,聘用方式,培训时间及方式是影响专业化进程的因素。3.养老护理员对专业知识总体学习需求强烈,不同维度知识的学习意愿不同。
