口腔颌面外科手术患者术后术区冰敷温度的监测与分析

【摘要】：目的探讨口腔颌面外科手术患者术后术区采用冰袋冰敷后皮肤的温度,明确每次冰敷持续和间断的时间,为临床护理工作提供有效的依据。方法对符合条件的颌面部手术术后40例患者立即进行冰袋冷敷,时间0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h,采用非接触红外额温度计监测冰敷局部皮肤的温度。结果冰敷后患者术区皮肤温度有所下降,但维持在30℃以上;随着时间的延长,皮肤温度有上升的趋势。结论每次冰敷持续时间可以适当延长,必要时可以24 h不间断进行冰敷,只需每隔1~2 h更换冰袋。
