急性胰腺炎的中西医结合护理

【摘要】：目的分析急性胰腺炎患者中西医结合护理方案的可行性和科学性,以期给临床护理干预工作提供可靠依据。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月我院120例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象。根据临床护理干预方式的不同将其分组,使用常规西医护理干预方案的为对照组,使用中西医结合护理干预方案的为实验组,对比两组患者的护理效果和患者满意度。结果实验组的护理效果和患者满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预方案能够促进急性胰腺炎患者护理满意度的提高,值得临床推广借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the feasibility and scientific nature of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing program in patients with acute pancreatitis, and to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing intervention. Methods 120 patients with acute pancreatitis from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected. According to the different clinical nursing intervention methods, the patients were divided into two groups: the control group with routine western medicine nursing intervention scheme and the experimental group with integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention program. The nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention program of integrated Chinese and western medicine can promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction of patients with acute pancreatitis, which is worthy of clinical popularization and reference.
