细菌耐药现象多侧面解读与理解

【摘要】:细菌耐药已成为威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题,然而,目前对于一些有关细菌耐药现象的认识和解读存在一定的片面性和局限性,细菌耐药现象的本质特征和发展规律绝非通过简单计算临床分离菌株的耐药率能够充分反映,据此所实施的各种预防控制措施也难免存在不足;合理解读和理解细菌耐药现象背后的各种本质规律和逻辑关系直接影响到我们对其认识的深度、广度甚至正确与否;针对此问题,该综述探讨对于细菌耐药问题进行多侧面解读和理解,以促进对于该问题全面而客观的认识,进而推进相关预防控制手段的改进和完善。
[Abstract]:Bacterial drug resistance has become a public health problem threatening human health. However, there are some one-sidedness and limitations in understanding and interpreting the phenomenon of bacterial drug resistance. The essential characteristics and development law of bacterial drug resistance can not be fully reflected by simply calculating the drug resistance rate of clinical isolates. A reasonable understanding of the nature and logic behind the phenomenon of bacterial drug resistance has a direct impact on the depth, breadth and even correctness of our understanding of it. In order to promote the comprehensive and objective understanding of the problem of bacterial drug resistance, the review discussed the improvement and improvement of the related preventive and control methods.
