品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用分析

【摘要】：目的探究品管圈活动在产科护理工作开展中发挥的积极作用,对于护理风险管理的重要价值。方法本研究自2014年1月开始实施品管圈活动,活动开始前针对护理人员进行孕产妇专业知识、新生儿专业知识以及孕产妇满意度、护理问题发生几率等的调查分析,在活动开展中,针对产科护理工作的基本特点和要求,创建了孕产妇护理品管圈、新生儿护理品管圈以及健康教育品管圈三个小组,围绕这三个小组开展相关活动,并且在活动结束后,同样调查了解护理人员在孕产妇专业知识、新生儿专业知识以及孕产妇满意度、护理问题发生几率等方面的表现,对比两者是否存在明显的差异。结果针对品管圈活动实施前后护理人员在孕产妇专业知识、新生儿专业知识以及孕产妇满意度、护理问题发生几率等四个方面的表现来看,活动实施后,护理人员的孕产妇专业知识、新生儿专业知识以及孕产妇满意度都得到了较好的提升和优化,并且护理问题发生几率也得到了有效的降低控制,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在产科护理工作中采用品管圈活动进行推广是极为重要的一种产科护理水平提升及其护理标准化提高的重要手段,有利于产科护理风险的管理和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the positive role of quality control circle (QC) in obstetric nursing and its important value in nursing risk management.Methods QC activities were carried out in January, 2014. According to the investigation and analysis of birth rate and the basic characteristics and requirements of obstetric nursing, three groups of maternal nursing quality control circle, neonatal nursing quality control circle and health education quality control circle were established. Relevant activities were carried out around these three groups, and after the activity, the same investigation and understanding of nursing staff during pregnancy and delivery were conducted. Results The professional knowledge of pregnant women, the professional knowledge of newborns, the satisfaction degree of pregnant women, and the probability of nursing problems were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle. From the aspect of performance, the professional knowledge of pregnant and lying-in women, the professional knowledge of neonates and the satisfaction of pregnant and lying-in women were improved and optimized after the implementation of the activities, and the incidence of nursing problems was effectively reduced and controlled, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Circle activities are very important to promote the level of obstetric care and improve the standardization of nursing an important means, conducive to obstetric nursing risk management and control.
