日常生活能力评定量表在精神科病房分级护理管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的探析日常生活能力评定量表在精神科病房分级护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院精神科病房178例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各89例;其中对照组由护理人员遵照医生开具的护理级别医嘱进行护理,观察组由护理人员通过观察患者病情,参照日常生活能力评定量表(Activity of daily living scale,ADL)制定护理分级从而进行护理。比较分析两组患者的基础护理质量(皮肤与口腔卫生、衣着卫生、饮食护理、排泄护理、睡眠护理)、护理满意度以及住院期间不良事件发生率。结果观察组的皮肤与口腔卫生、衣着卫生、饮食护理、排泄护理、睡眠护理评分均显著高于对照组(均P0.001);观察组的护理满意度为96.6%,显著高于对照组85.4%(P0.001);观察组的不良事件发生率为7.9%,显著低于对照组20.2%(P=0.033)。结论通过结合ADL确定精神科病房患者的护理分级可有效提高基础护理质量、护理满意度,并有效减少患者住院期间的不良事件发生率,同时增加患者的依从性,具有良好的临床实用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of rating scale of daily living (ADL) on nursing management in psychiatric ward. Methods 178 patients in psychiatric ward of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. In the observation group, nursing grading was established by observing the patient's condition and referring to (Activity of daily living scale,ADL. The quality of basic nursing (skin and oral hygiene, clothing hygiene, diet nursing, excretion nursing, sleep nursing), nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization were compared and analyzed. Results the skin and oral hygiene, clothing hygiene, diet nursing, excretion nursing were observed in the observation group. The score of sleep nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.001), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.66.It was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.4%, P0.001), and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.9%, significantly lower than that in the control group (20.2%) (P0. 033). Conclusion determining nursing grading of psychiatric ward patients by combining with ADL can effectively improve the quality of basic nursing care, nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization, and increase the compliance of patients. It has good clinical and practical value.
