人文护理干预模式对精神科患者焦虑水平和社会功能的影响

【摘要】：目的研究人文护理干预模式对精神科患者焦虑水平和社会功能的影响。方法选取2015年10月~2016年11月我院收治的136例精神科患者,按不同的护理措施分为对照组63例与研究组73例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取人文护理模式,比较两组生存质量与心理状态评分。结果研究组生存质量与心理状态评分较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论精神科患者行人文护理干预模式可改善负面情绪,提高生存质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of humanistic nursing intervention model on anxiety level and social function of psychiatric patients. Methods 136 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were divided into control group (63 cases) and study group (73 cases) according to different nursing measures. The scores of quality of life and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life and mental state in the study group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the intervention mode of humanistic nursing in psychiatric patients can improve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life.
