老年子宫脱垂优质护理方法及效果探讨构架

【摘要】：目的探究优质护理方法在老年子宫脱垂患者群体中的应用方式和临床效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年11月我院收治的老年子宫脱垂患者52例作为研究对象,按照患者的入院时间先后随机分为研究组和参照组,各26例,参照组行常规护理方法,研究组在常规护理方法基础上行优质护理方法,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度,以及接受护理前后的抑郁评分和焦虑评分。结果经过不同的护理干预,研究组患者对于护理工作的满意度与参照组存在非常显著的差异,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。护理前,研究组患者的抑郁评分和焦虑评分和参照组之间基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。护理后,研究组患者在抑郁评分及焦虑评分上都明显低于参照组,差异有统计学上意义(P0.05)。结论针对老年子宫脱垂患者来说,其常规性护理干预模式基础上联用优质护理干预,能够在最大程度上提升患者对护理工作的满意度,同时优化患者在接受治疗过程中的心理状态,改善患者的整体生存质量,值得在临床中加以推广运用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application and clinical effect of high-quality nursing method in elderly patients with uterine prolapse. Methods from October 2014 to November 2015, 52 elderly patients with uterine prolapse were randomly divided into two groups: study group and reference group, 26 cases in each group. Routine nursing methods were used in the control group. On the basis of routine nursing methods, the study group performed high quality nursing methods to observe and compare the nursing satisfaction degree, depression score and anxiety score before and after nursing in the two groups. Results after different nursing interventions, there was a significant difference between the study group and the reference group (P0.05). Before nursing, the depression score and anxiety score of the study group and the reference group were basically the same, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). After nursing, the depression score and anxiety score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for the elderly patients with uterine prolapse, the routine nursing intervention model combined with high quality nursing intervention can improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work to the greatest extent. At the same time, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice to optimize the psychological state of patients and improve their overall quality of life.
