心理护理配合运动疗法用于妊娠糖尿病护理的效果分析

【摘要】:目的分析心理护理配合运动疗法用于妊娠糖尿病护理的效果。方法选取2013年4月~2016年3月我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者40例为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理护理配合运动疗法。观察两组患者的血糖水平。结果与对照组相比较,观察组护理后血糖水平更好,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心理护理配合运动疗法用于妊娠糖尿病护理的效果较好。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods from April 2013 to March 2016, 40 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy. Blood glucose levels were observed in both groups. Results compared with the control group, the blood glucose level in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy is effective for gestational diabetes mellitus.
