延续护理对糖尿病病人干预效果的系统评价

【摘要】：目的:针对糖尿病患者,系统性评价延续性干预护理对其的影响情况。方法:本文选取2014年1月-2015年11月于本院进行治疗糖尿病患者共130例,分为对照组(传统护理)与观察组(延续性护理)分别为65例,比较两组临床护理效果。结果:经研究可知观察组空腹血糖水平、三酰甘油、餐后2小时血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白等各指标高于对照组;且患者规律运动,饮食控制,谨遵医嘱治疗、血糖监测等均优于对照组。结论:对糖尿病患者积极采用延续性干预护理辅助治疗,能迅速缓解患者各种症状,值得广泛使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of continuous intervention nursing on diabetic patients. Methods: a total of 130 cases of diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015. The patients were divided into two groups: the control group (traditional nursing) and the observation group (continuous nursing) of 65 cases, respectively. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the fasting blood glucose level, triglyceride level, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Patients exercise regularly, diet control, according to doctor's advice, blood sugar monitoring were superior to the control group. Conclusion: continuous interventional nursing therapy can relieve all kinds of symptoms of diabetic patients and is worthy of extensive use.
