基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系统的设计

【摘要】:随着大众日益加快的生活节奏,自身健康问题也逐渐成为大家所关注的焦点,因此与之密切相关的智能医疗领域的Zigbee系统具有很大的发展前景。在医疗智能监控方面,虽然我国在比较先进的医院试用移动信息化的应用,但仍存在长期运作模式不成熟、规模化程度不高、集群化程度不足的弊病,此外还面临成本过高、安全性及隐私问题等,这些问题严重制约了医疗智能化的发展。特别是在医院为住院病人提供的护理服务上,病人作为特殊群体,需要在指定区域对病人位置进行严格监控,如果病人离开其应在区域医护人员没有及时发现,后果不堪设想。特别是住院病人病种不同,应避免病人随意进出其他病房,造成病人交叉感染。因此设计一个可以实时监测病人位置情况的系统对于提升医院智能化管理十分必要。 本文详细介绍了基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系统,结合Zigbee技术和Web技术的优势,对系统设计及实现的过程进行了详细阐述。系统采用软、硬件结合的开发方法,设计了一种实用的便于医生实时监测病人位置的无线医疗监测系统。系统硬件部分使用以CC2430/31为核心的开发板,使用C语言编程实现Zigbee无线通信功能对病人所在位置进行定位,上位机接收定位信息并进行处理然后存储至数据库,使用者可使用Web浏览器对定位信息进行查看。当病人离开指定监控区域时,系统报警提示。 本文主要从以下几方面对系统进行阐述。首先,论文主要从课题的研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状及发展趋势进行阐述,并概括叙述了本文研究的主要内容。其次,论文对Zigbee和Web等相关技术和优势进行分析比较,确定了设计目标,并构建了基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系统的技术路线。然后,根据系统需求制定了系统的设计方案,主要从系统硬件设计、系统软件设计、数据库设计和Web网站设计进行阐述,并采用黑盒测试的方法完成了系统测试。最后得出结论,并对系统进行展望。 经实践,本文提出的基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系统能够在指定区域对病人位置进行监测,当病人离开指定监测区域系统报警提示。系统为我国住院病人位置监测方面提供了一定的参考,在医疗护理领域方面实现了应用创新。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pace of life of the public, their own health issues have gradually become the focus of attention, so the intelligent medical field of Zigbee system has a great development prospects. In the aspect of medical intelligent monitoring, although our country tries the application of mobile information in more advanced hospitals, there are still some disadvantages such as immature long-term operation mode, low scale, insufficient degree of clustering, and high cost. Security and privacy problems, these problems seriously restrict the development of medical intelligence. Especially in the nursing service provided by the hospital for the inpatients, the patients, as a special group, need to strictly monitor the patient's position in the designated area. If the patient leaves the hospital, the medical staff should not find it in time, and the consequences will be unthinkable. In particular, inpatients with different types of diseases, patients should avoid random access to other wards, resulting in cross-infection of patients. So it is necessary to design a real-time monitoring system for hospital intelligent management. This paper introduces the patient call system based on Zigbee in detail. Combined with the advantages of Zigbee and Web, the design and implementation of the system are described in detail. A practical wireless medical monitoring system is designed, which is convenient for doctors to monitor the position of patients in real time. In the hardware part of the system, the development board with CC2430/31 as the core is used, and the Zigbee wireless communication function is programmed by C language to locate the position of the patient. The upper computer receives the location information and processes it and stores it to the database. Users can use the Web browser to view location information. The system alerts patients when they leave the designated monitoring area. This paper mainly describes the system from the following aspects. First of all, the paper mainly from the research background and significance of the subject, domestic and foreign research status and development trends, and summarized the main content of this study. Secondly, the paper analyzes and compares the relative technologies and advantages of Zigbee and Web, determines the design objectives, and constructs the technical route of patient call system based on Zigbee. Then, according to the requirement of the system, the design scheme of the system is established, which is mainly described from the hardware design, software design, database design and Web website design, and the black box test method is used to complete the system test. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the system is prospected. Through practice, the patient call system based on Zigbee can monitor the patient's position in the designated area, and alert the patient when the patient leaves the designated monitoring area system. The system provides a certain reference for the monitoring of inpatient position in our country, and realizes the application innovation in the field of medical care.
