【摘要】：正本科室2015年3月收治31例急性白血病并发蛛网膜下腔出血的患者,现将其护理情况报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,21岁,于2015年3月6日无明显诱因出现发热,最高体温42℃,伴头昏、乏力、视物模糊,咳嗽,偶有双侧膝关节疼痛等不适。当地医院查血常规:白细胞170×109/L(其余指标不详),未予治疗。4月1日患者上述症状加重,并伴头部胀痛、呕吐,外院诊断为急性白血病,给予羟基脲降白细胞治
