优质护理服务在癌症晚期患者临终关怀中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨优质护理服务在癌症晚期患者的临终关怀中的应用。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院治疗住院超过30天并且死亡的癌症晚期患者有90例,并随机分为两组,观察组的患者进行优质的护理服务,对照组则实行常规护理。然后比较两组患者的生存质量。结果临终关怀1个月之后,观察组患者的认知功能、情绪功能、躯体功能以及整体生活质量均高于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为72.6%,高于对照组的31.8%。结论对癌症晚期患者实施优质的临终关怀能提高患者的生存质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of quality nursing service in terminal care of patients with advanced cancer. Methods from February 2013 to February 2015, 90 patients with advanced cancer who were hospitalized for more than 30 days and died in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group received high quality nursing care, while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Then the quality of life was compared between the two groups. Results after one month of hospice care, the cognitive function, emotional function, somatic function and overall quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 72.6, higher than that in the control group. Conclusion High-quality hospice care can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
