子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中优质护理的应用效果观察

【摘要】：目的本次主要对子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中优质护理的应用效果进行观察分析,旨在为临床有效护理提供相关参考依据。方法选取依照本次研究的要求我院收治并已确诊的子宫肌瘤手术80例患者,依照所有患者护理方式的不同进行平均分组,其中实施常规护理的患者纳为本次研究的对照组,而在常规护理的前提下采取优质护理的患者则作为实验组,各40例,对两组护理效果以及患者对护理总满意度分析后进行对比。结果实验组住院时间以及费用与对照组相比均要低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组患者护理的总满意度显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤手术患者实施优质护理不仅能减少患者住院的天数,减少住院费用,还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提升临床护理的水平,值得在临床护理工作中进行推广与应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine leiomyoma in order to provide reference for effective nursing care. Methods Eighty patients with uterine leiomyoma who were treated and diagnosed according to the requirements of this study were divided into groups according to the different nursing methods of all the patients, and the patients who received routine nursing were taken as the control group in this study. Under the premise of routine nursing, the patients with high quality nursing were taken as the experimental group (40 cases each). The nursing effect of the two groups and the total satisfaction degree of the patients were analyzed and compared. Results the hospitalization time and cost of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the total satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care can not only reduce the days of hospitalization, reduce the cost of hospitalization, but also improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work and raise the level of clinical nursing. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing work.
