临床照顾者应对痴呆患者精神行为症状的心理体验研究

【摘要】：目的深入了解临床照顾者应对痴呆患者精神行为症状时的真实体验。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,对13名有精神行为症状的住院痴呆患者的照顾者进行访谈,并对访谈内容进行分析。结果提炼出3个主题:1照顾者的应对感受,包括身心疲惫、委屈、退缩和成就感。2照顾者成功应对痴呆患者精神行为症状(behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,BPSD)的经验,包括理解患者、针对患者特点采取应对措施、主动与患者沟通、积极激励患者。3影响照顾者应对BPSD的因素,包括BPSD的严重程度、照顾者的工作经验、患者与照顾者的关系及相关人员给予的支持。结论应对痴呆患者BPSD是照顾者无法回避的挑战之一,了解照顾者应对痴呆患者BPSD时的体验、经验和影响因素,有助于为痴呆患者BPSD的应对以及照顾者的培训和支持提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the real experience of clinical caregivers in coping with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia patients. Methods A descriptive sex study was used to interview the caregivers of 13 dementia patients with mental and behavioral symptoms, and the contents of the interviews were analyzed. Results three themes were extracted: (1) coping feelings of caregivers, including physical and mental exhaustion, grievance, withdrawal and accomplishment. (2) experiences of caregivers in successfully coping with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia (behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,BPSD), including understanding patients. Take measures according to the characteristics of the patients, actively communicate with the patients, actively motivate patients. 3 factors that affect the caregiver's response to BPSD, including the severity of BPSD, caregiver's work experience, The relationship between the patient and the caregiver and the support given by the related personnel. Conclusion coping with BPSD in patients with dementia is one of the challenges that caregivers cannot avoid. To understand the experiences, experiences and influencing factors of caregivers in coping with BPSD in patients with dementia. It is helpful to provide reference for the treatment of dementia patients with BPSD and the training and support of caregivers.
