我国老年长期照护保障制度构建的几点思考——以照护需求评估为焦点

【摘要】：如何构建老年长期照护保障制度成为我国"十三五"期间的重要课题。本研究以照护需求评估为焦点,通过梳理国内外相关研究文献,介绍照护保障制度构建中需要注意的概念与内涵、照护需求评估的理论、方法以及国内外经验,为我国老年照护保障制度构建提供参考。
[Abstract]:How to construct the long-term care system for the elderly has become an important issue during the 13th five-year Plan in China. This study focused on the assessment of care needs, introduced the concept and connotation of the construction of care security system, the theory, method and domestic and foreign experience of care needs assessment by combing the relevant research literature both at home and abroad. It provides reference for the construction of elderly care security system in China.
