老年医学科护士核心能力及影响因素的研究

【摘要】:目的调查北京市4所三级甲等医院老年医学科护士核心能力现状,并分析其影响因素为护理人力资源的合理配置和护士培训提供依据。方法应用一般资料调查表和注册护士核心能力量表,对北京市4所三级甲等医院老年医学科工作的216名护士进行问卷调查。结果老年医学科护士核心能力总分为(175.72±31.32)分,条目均分为(3.03±0.54)分。年龄、学历、职称是老年医学科护士核心能力的主要影响因素。结论老年医学科护士核心能力处于高水平,护理管理者应根据老年医学科护士的专业核心能力构建合理的人才梯队,并有针对性地进行培训。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo of nurses' core competence in geriatrics in 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors for the rational allocation of nursing human resources and the training of nurses. Methods 216 nurses working in the geriatrics department of 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing were investigated by using the general data questionnaire and the core competence scale of registered nurses. Results the core competence of nurses in geriatrics was (175.72 卤31.32) and the items were (3.03 卤0.54). Age, academic background and professional title are the main influencing factors of nurses' core competence in geriatrics. Conclusion the core competence of nurses in geriatrics is at a high level. Nursing managers should construct a reasonable talent echelon according to the core competence of nurses in geriatrics and train them pertinently.
