乳肉加工销售人员中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的携带与耐药情况分析

【摘要】:目的调查广东省部分乳肉加工销售人员耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)携带情况,并分析其耐药性。方法对2013年10-12月411名研究对象进行问卷调查和鼻拭子采样,对金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验,分析方法采用χ2检验或Fisher确概率法。结果研究对象中金黄色葡萄球菌携带率为12.4%,MRSA携带率为4.8%;MRSA对克林霉素和红霉素的耐药率均高于甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌;抗菌药物使用史、医院看病史、住院史均能提高人群MRSA携带率。结论动物密切接触者是MRSA携带的高危人群,其菌株多药耐药状态严重,需加强对该人群的卫生防护工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the (MRSA) carrier of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in some milk processing and sales staff in Guangdong Province and analyze its drug resistance. Methods from October to December 2013, 411 subjects were investigated by questionnaire and nasal swabs, and the drug sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus was tested by 蠂 2 test or Fisher positive probability method. Results the carrier rate of Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA was 12.4% and 4.8%, respectively. The resistance rate of MRSA to clindamycin and erythromycin was higher than that of methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus. The history of antibacterial drug use, hospital history and hospitalization history can improve the carrying rate of MRSA in the population. Conclusion close contact with animals is a high risk population carried by MRSA, and its multi-drug resistance is serious, so it is necessary to strengthen the health protection of this population.
