医护合作策略在气管插管非计划拔管中的实践和成效

【摘要】：目的探讨医护合作策略对气管插管非计划拔管(UEX)的影响。方法选取2013年8月至2014年4月在该院外科ICU带气管插管的患者1 072例,其中2013年8~12月收治的507例为对照组,护理人员采用常规措施预防管理UEX;2014年1~4月收治的565例为观察组,观察组在常规预防管理措施基础上,采用医护合作策略共同管理气管插管UEX相关事宜。比较两组患者UEX及患者满意度情况,并对医护人员进行访谈。结果两组患者因患者因素导致UEX率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者家属满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.684,P0.05);被访谈的医护人员均对医护合作管理UEX给予肯定。结论医护合作管理策略能降低ICU患者因素导致的UEX发生,在临床工作中值得推广借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of medical cooperation strategy on unplanned extubation (UEX) of endotracheal intubation. Methods from August 2013 to April 2014, 1072 patients with endotracheal intubation in surgical ICU were selected. 507 patients were treated as control group from August to December 2013. Nursing staff were treated with routine measures to prevent and manage UEX;. From January to April 2014, 565 patients in the observation group were treated as the observation group. On the basis of routine preventive and management measures, the observation group adopted the strategy of medical cooperation to jointly manage the UEX related matters of endotracheal intubation.
