骨科创面感染葡萄球菌属耐药性分析

【摘要】:目的观察骨科创面感染表皮葡萄球菌与金黄色葡萄球菌感染的耐药性,为临床治疗合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法收集医院2011年6月-2014年4月骨科临床创面感染标本中分离出的表皮葡萄球菌与金黄色葡萄球菌126株,微生物病原菌鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行,药敏试验采用K-B纸片法,结果判断按美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)的标准,应用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果分离出表皮葡萄球菌与金黄色葡萄球菌共126株,其中表皮葡萄球菌59株占46.83%,金黄色葡萄球菌分离出67株占53.17%;表皮葡萄球菌与金黄色葡萄球菌对苯唑西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、克林霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素等耐药率分别为59.32%、35.82%;11.86%、0;44.07%、16.42%;72.88%、34.33%;67.80%、28.36%;表皮葡萄球菌耐药率明显高于金黄色葡萄球菌,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论骨科创面表皮葡萄球菌的感染率与耐药率不断上升,耐药率明显高于骨科创面感染的金黄色葡萄球菌,应引起临床医师足够重视,严格抗菌药物的合理使用,加强各种侵入性治疗的规范管理,控制耐药上升趋势。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus infection in orthopaedic wounds, and to provide reference for rational selection of antibiotics in clinical treatment. Methods 126 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical wound infection specimens of orthopedic department from June 2011 to April 2014 were collected and identified according to the National rules of practice for Clinical examination. The drug sensitivity test was carried out by K / B disk method. The results were judged according to the (CLSI) standard of American Institute of Standardization in Clinical Laboratory. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results 126 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated, of which 59 strains were Staphylococcus epidermidis (46.83%) and 67 strains were Staphylococcus aureus (53.17%).
