ERK5信号通路在病理性疼痛中的作用及其机制的研究进展(英文)

【摘要】:细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶5(ERK5),也称大丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1,是ERK家族(MAPK大家族的一个亚家族)的一个重要成员。ERK5在背根神经节和脊髓中均有表达。本文着重阐述ERK5相关的信号通路在病理性疼痛中的作用:ERK5/CREB通路在疼痛信号的传递和痛觉过敏的形成中起重要作用;脊髓背角中ERK5的活化主要在小角质细胞;ERK5的活化可由NMDA受体介导。同时,我们细述了在病理性疼痛中,ERK5活化与NGF-TrkA和BDNF的关联。
[Abstract]:Extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 5 (ERK5), also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase 1, is an important member of ERK family (a subfamily of MAPK family). ERK5 is expressed in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and spinal cord. This paper focuses on the role of ERK5 related signaling pathway in pathological pain: ERK5/CREB pathway plays an important role in the transmission of pain signal and the formation of hyperalgesia; the activation of ERK5 in spinal dorsal horn is mainly in small keratinocytes; the activation of ERK5 can be mediated by NMDA receptor. At the same time, we detailed the relationship between ERK5 activation and NGF-TrkA and BDNF in pathological pain.
