应用品管圈降低住院患者跌倒发生率的效果观察

【摘要】：目的评价品管圈活动对降低住院患者跌倒发生率的效果,以探讨减少跌倒事件的发生,提高患者安全的有效措施。方法成立品管圈小组,运用质量管理工具对住院患者发生跌倒的原因进行分析,制定对策并实施,实施前后进行效果评价。结果品管圈活动降低了住院患者跌倒发生率,由实施前的跌倒发生率0.214‰降至实施后的0.074‰,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论品管圈活动在降低住院患者跌倒发生率方面效果显著,提高护理人员工作积极性,提升护理人员的综合素质。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of quality management on the incidence of fall in hospitalized patients, in order to explore the effective measures to reduce the occurrence of falls and to improve the safety of patients. Methods The quality management tools were used to analyze the causes of the fall of the patients in the hospital, and the countermeasures were set up and the effect evaluation was carried out before and after the implementation. Results The incidence of fall in the hospitalized patients was reduced by the control loop, and the incidence of falls from 0.214% to 0.074% after the implementation was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion The activity of the quality control loop is effective in reducing the incidence of falls in the hospitalized patients, improving the working enthusiasm of the nursing staff and improving the comprehensive quality of the nursing staff.
