降钙素原在区分血培养阳性主要致病菌中的意义

【摘要】:目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)区分ICU病房血培养阳性患者主要致病菌的意义。方法收集血培养阳性(单一菌)患者113例作为研究对象,检测其血清PCT水平,并分析革兰阴性(G~-)菌、革兰阳性(G~+)菌和真菌与PCT水平的相关性。结果 113例血培养阳性标本中,G~-菌69例(61.06%)、G~+菌36例(31.86%)、真菌8例(7.08%)。G~-菌、G~+菌及真菌感染患者血清PCT分组情况差异有统计学意义(χ~2=33.534,P0.01)。G~-菌、G~+菌及真菌感染患者血清PCT检测阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.157,P0.01)。在G~-杆菌中,大肠埃希菌PCT值中位数高于鲍曼不动杆菌;在G~+菌中,31.25%凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌PCT值为阴性。结论 ICU病房血培养阳性以G~-杆菌为主,PCT值用于区分不同病原菌感染有一定意义。

Methods the serum PCT levels of 113 patients with positive blood culture (single bacteria) were measured, and the correlation between Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and fungi and PCT levels was analyzed.
