先天性心脏病手术患儿手术部位感染的控制与预防

【摘要】：目的探讨先天性心脏病患儿围术期预防感染的有效方法,提高手术室护理工作质量,降低患儿术后手术部位感染的风险。方法回顾性分析心血管外科2015年1-12月接受先天性心脏病手术362例患儿相关临床资料,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 362例患儿接受先天性心脏病手术后,未发生手术部位感染。结论严格遵守手术室无菌操作原则,充分的术前准备,合理的房间布局及人员管理,术中患儿合理的体温护理,熟练的护理操作及手术配合,缩短了手术时间,对先天性心脏病手术患儿的手术部位感染控制及预防起着至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore an effective method to prevent infection in children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period, to improve the quality of nursing work in operating room and to reduce the risk of postoperative infection in children with congenital heart disease. Methods the clinical data of 362 children undergoing congenital heart disease in cardiovascular surgery from January to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. the clinical data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results there was no surgical site infection in 362 children with congenital heart disease. Conclusion strict compliance with the principle of aseptic operation in operating room, adequate preoperative preparation, reasonable room layout and personnel management, reasonable body temperature nursing, skilled nursing operation and surgical cooperation can shorten the operation time and play an important role in the control and prevention of surgical site infection in children with congenital heart disease.
