聚焦解决模式在晚期血吸虫病护理中的应用初探

【摘要】：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在晚期血吸虫病患者护理中的效果。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月于益阳市刘家湖血防院住院的53例晚期血吸虫病患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组患者接受常规的护理指导,干预组在常规护理指导的基础上应用聚焦解决模式护理干预措施。出院时对两组患者的护理效果进行评价。结果干预组患者的自我护理技巧、遵医行为和病人满意度均明显优于对照组(x~2=3.78、2.87、4.09,P均0.05),上消化道出血并发症发生率低于对照组(x~2=4.894,P0.05);干预组平均住院天数少于对照组(t=4.17,P0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式在晚期血吸虫病患者护理中是有效的。以此模式为依据的护理干预策略可以增强晚期血吸虫病患者治愈疾病的自信心,明显改善医患关系,减少并发症和住院时间,提高生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of focused solution in nursing care of patients with advanced schistosomiasis. Methods from January 2013 to December 2014, 53 patients with advanced schistosomiasis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing guidance, and the intervention group was treated with focused mode nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing guidance. The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated at discharge.
