血小板CD62p表达率与血小板输注效果的关联分析

【摘要】：目的探讨血小板CD62p表达率与血小板输注效果的关联性。方法根据血小板输注后1及24 h血小板计数增加值(CCI),将黄石市中心医院115名患者分为输注有效组(n=94)和无效组(n=21)。选择2013年6月-2014年12月符合无偿捐献血小板标准的献血者血小板115份,采用SEPSA排除血小板相关抗体引起的血小板输注无效,使用流式细胞术检测输注前CD62p表达水平。结果血小板输注有效组血小板CD62p表达率(10.3±3.2)%高于无效组(21.8±5.2)%(P0.05),血小板CD62p表达率与1h CCI(r=-0.423,P0.001)和24 h CCI(r=-0.541,P0.001)有相关性。结论血小板CD62p表达率对血小板输注效果有影响,血小板CD62p表达率越高,CCI越低,血小板输注效果越差。
