从国内外甜樱桃生产现状看国内甜樱桃产业存在的问题及发展对策

【摘要】：近年来随着我国市场经济的发展,进口甜樱桃数量逐年增加,2015年进口量已达到9.2万t。国外先进的贮藏保鲜技术使进入国内的甜樱桃仍保持良好品质,同时按统一标准分级包装销售。虽然价格较高,仍受到消费者追捧。进口甜樱桃大量涌入国内市场,势必会影响我国甜樱桃产业的发展,尤其对我国甜樱桃产后处理技术、冷链运输、包装以及品牌建设与推广宣传等方面提出了更高的要求。因此笔者通过对近年来国际、国内大樱桃生产现状、进出口情况、采后处理技术水平进行比较分析,指出我国甜樱桃在采后商品化处理以及营销上与世界先进甜樱桃生产国的差距,主要包括采收时间过早、采后处理技术落后、果品流通体系不完善以及缺乏品牌意识和协会引导机制等,并针对我国甜樱桃产业存在的问题提出了应对策略,包括适时采收、加强采后处理措施、强化品牌意识、加大政府政策扶植力度、完善果品流通体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of market economy in China, the number of sweet cherry imports increased year by year, imports in 2015 has reached 92 thousand T. advanced storage technology to enter the domestic sweet cherry can maintain good quality at the same time, according to the unified standard classification packaging sales. Although the price is high, is still sought after by consumers. The influx of imports of sweet cherry the domestic market is bound to affect the development of our sweet cherry industry, especially for sweet cherry postpartum treatment technology in our country, cold chain transportation, put forward higher requirements for packaging and brand building and promotion and so on. So in recent years by the international situation, domestic large cherry production, import and export, after harvest the level of processing technology for comparative analysis, pointed out the gap between our country and the world advanced sweet cherry sweet cherry production in postharvest processing and marketing, including early harvest time, Mining postprocessing technology is backward, the fruit circulation system is not perfect and lack of brand awareness and association guidance mechanism, and puts forward the Countermeasures for our sweet cherry industry, including timely harvest, postharvest treatment measures, strengthen brand awareness, increase government support efforts to improve the fruit circulation system.
