【摘要】:茶文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,茶不但对经济起了很好的作用,成了人们生活的必需品,而且逐渐形成了灿烂夺目的茶文化,成为社会精神文明的一颗明珠。茶文化的出现,把人类的精神和智慧提升到了更高的境界,也促进了茶产业的发展。浙江省金华市武义县境内地貌类型多样,南高北低,南部山区峰峦叠翠,山清水秀,土壤肥沃,气候温和,雨量充沛,自古就出产高山云雾茶。得天独厚的自然条件孕育了武义茶叶独特的自然品质,而丰厚的茶文化积淀更是促进茶产业的良好发展。通过多年努力,武义茶产业走出了一条规模化、生态化、品牌化、产业化发展之路,武义县也被评为“中国有机茶之乡”、“中国名茶之乡”、“中国茶文化之乡”。本论文希望通过对武义县茶文化发展的研究,来找出发展中的亮点及不足,从而为今后武义茶文化发展提供以一些理论依据。全文主要通过五个部分来进行阐述研究方法及内容:首先,通过查阅文献了解茶文化的定义、内涵、中华茶文化历史及中国茶文化的审美意蕴。其次,通过留下来的传说及史料记载来着力探讨武义茶文化的源流及发展过程,从相传西汉末年的刘秀发现白毛仙茶到90年代“武阳春雨”为代表的武义名茶及茶文化的兴起,充分说明武义茶文化底蕴深厚。再次,经过大量地走访了解武义茶俗,收集武义茶文,寻找武义茶人等。然后,走访武义茶企、茶业市场、相关团体等了解武义茶业发展现状,归总武义茶产业存在的问题的。最后,结合武义茶文化及茶产业历史、现状及存在问题对武义茶文化、茶产业的未来发展提一些发展思路,旨在为武义茶文化繁荣与武义茶业发展提出一些自己的见解和看法。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. Tea not only plays a very good role in the economy and becomes a necessity of people's life, but also gradually forms a brilliant tea culture. Become a pearl of social spiritual civilization. The emergence of tea culture, the human spirit and wisdom to a higher level, but also to promote the development of tea industry. Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, various types of landforms. South high and north low, southern mountain mountain range overlapping green, beautiful mountains, fertile soil, mild climate, abundant rainfall, since ancient times to produce high mountain Yunwu Tea. Unique natural conditions gave birth to the unique nature of Wuyi tea quality. And the rich accumulation of tea culture is to promote the good development of tea industry. Through years of efforts, Wuyi tea industry out of a large-scale, ecological, brand, industrialization development road. Wuyi County is also rated as "the hometown of Chinese organic tea", "the hometown of Chinese famous tea" and "the hometown of Chinese tea culture". This paper hopes to find out the bright spots and deficiencies in the development of Wuyi tea culture through the research on the development of tea culture in Wuyi County. In order to provide some theoretical basis for the future development of Wuyi tea culture. The full text mainly through five parts to elaborate the research methods and contents: first of all, by consulting the literature to understand the definition of tea culture, connotation. The history of Chinese tea culture and the aesthetic implication of Chinese tea culture. Secondly, through the remaining legends and historical records to explore the origin and development of Wuyi tea culture. From Liu Xiu's discovery of Bai Mao Xian tea in the late Western Han Dynasty to the rise of Wuyi famous tea and tea culture represented by "Wuyang Spring Rain" in 90s, it fully shows that Wuyi tea culture is profound. After a large number of visits to understand Wuyi tea customs, collection of Wuyi tea text, looking for Wuyi tea people. Then, visit Wuyi tea enterprises, tea market, related groups to understand the current situation of the development of Wuyi tea industry. Finally, combined with the Wuyi tea culture and tea industry history, the current situation and existing problems of Wuyi tea culture, the future development of the tea industry put forward some ideas. The purpose is to put forward some opinions and opinions for the prosperity of Wuyi tea culture and the development of Wuyi tea industry.
