【摘要】：马克思主义政治经济学中蕴含着丰富的产业结构思想。通过对马克思的价值规律理论、技术进步理论、社会再生产理论、利润平均化理论和虚拟经济理论进行梳理,可以挖掘关于产业结构及其调整的重要论断,分析其对供给侧结构性改革的启示,认为要有效化解过剩产能、扩大中高端供给,弥补农业发展短板、提高要素配置效率、防范各类金融风险,须以马克思的产业结构思想作为制定经济政策的理论指导,构建起供给侧结构性改革的马克思主义政治经济学理论基础。
[Abstract]:Marxist political economy contains rich ideas of industrial structure. Through Marx's theory of the law of value, the theory of technological progress, the theory of social reproduction. The theory of profit averaging and the theory of virtual economy can excavate the important conclusions about the industrial structure and its adjustment, analyze its enlightenment to the supply-side structural reform, and think that it is necessary to effectively resolve the excess capacity. It is necessary to take Marx's thought of industrial structure as the theoretical guide to make up for the shortage of agricultural development, to improve the efficiency of factor allocation and to guard against all kinds of financial risks. To construct the theoretical basis of Marxist political economy for structural reform on the supply side.
