新疆服务外包产业竞争力研究

【摘要】：近年来,全球服务外包市场快速发展,服务外包产业在经济全球化过程中的重要地位日益凸显。与此同时,我国服务外包产业规模也在迅速扩大,产业结构不断优化,以我国服务外包示范城市为主体的产业集聚效应日益凸显。但是与其他省市相比,新疆服务外包产业的发展还相对落后,在我国服务外包产业逐渐由东部沿海地区向中西部地区转移之际,本文通过对新疆服务外包产业竞争力及其影响因素进行分析,进而提出提升新疆服务外包产业竞争力的对策,以促进新疆服务外包产业的发展和优化。本文主要采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,对新疆服务外包产业竞争力进行了研究,具体内容如下:第一部分主要对国内外学者关于服务外包产业竞争力及影响因素等方面的研究成果进行了综述。第二部分分析了新疆服务外包产业的发展现状,从我国服务外包产业发展现状大背景出发,对新疆发展服务外包产业的基础、业务结构、重点发展企业等进行了分析。第三部分利用“钻石模型”对新疆服务外包产业竞争力进行分析,从生产要素、市场需求、相关与支持产业、企业战略以及所面临的机遇、政府支持六个方面对新疆服务外包产业竞争力进行了较为全面的评价。第四部分基于“钻石模型”框架,采用因子分析法选取16个影响因素对新疆服务外包代表城市乌鲁木齐与21个服务外包示范城市进行比较测量,找出新疆发展服务外包产业存在的差距。研究得出,新疆在发展服务外包产业方面具有一定的经济基础,但是存在人力资源缺乏、服务外包企业自身实力较弱、企业创新能力不足、投融资环境较差等不足。最后,本文在服务外包人才体系的培养、服务外包企业自身实力的提高等方面提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of global service outsourcing market, the important position of service outsourcing industry in the process of economic globalization has become increasingly prominent. At the same time, China's service outsourcing industry is also rapidly expanding, constantly optimize the industrial structure, to China's service outsourcing demonstration city as the main body of the industrial agglomeration has become increasingly prominent. But compared with other provinces and cities. The development of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang is relatively backward, in China's service outsourcing industry has gradually shifted from the eastern coastal areas to the central and western regions on the occasion of this paper, through the analysis of the factors of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry competitiveness and its influence, and put forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry, to promote the development and optimization of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang. This paper mainly uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, the Xinjiang service outsourcing industry competitiveness research, The specific contents are as follows: the first part summarizes the main domestic and foreign scholars on the competitiveness of service outsourcing industry and the influencing factors of the research. The second part analyzes the current development of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang, starting from the current situation of the development of service outsourcing industry in China in the background, based on the development of Xinjiang service outsourcing business structure and focus on the development of enterprises are analyzed. In the third part, using the "Diamond Model" of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry competitiveness analysis, from the factors of production, market demand, related and supporting industries, business strategies and opportunities faced by the government to support the six aspects of a more comprehensive evaluation of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry competitiveness fourth. Based on the "Diamond Model" framework, using factor analysis method, the paper selects 16 factors of service outsourcing in Xinjiang on behalf of the city of Urumqi Measurements are compared with the 21 service outsourcing demonstration city, find out the existing gap between the development of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang. Study shows that Xinjiang has a certain economic basis in the development of service outsourcing industry, but there is lack of human resources, service outsourcing enterprise strength is weak, the lack of innovation capability, lack of investment and poor financing environment finally. In this paper, training in service outsourcing talent system, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on service outsourcing enterprises to improve their own strength.
