中国煤炭产业技术创新能力与效率关系研究

【摘要】：在对中国煤炭产业技术创新能力和技术创新效率测度的基础上,利用VAR模型对二者之间的关系进行了分析。研究发现:中国煤炭产业技术创新能力总体呈波动上升趋势,而创新投入规模不足仍然是制约技术创新效率的主要因素。从二者关系看,煤炭产业技术创新效率对技术创新能力有正向促进作用,但技术创新能力对技术创新效率却有负作用,这可能与边际收益递减规律有关。
[Abstract]:On the basis of measuring the technological innovation ability and technological innovation efficiency of China's coal industry. The VAR model is used to analyze the relationship between the two. It is found that the technological innovation ability of China's coal industry is on the whole fluctuating and rising. The insufficient scale of innovation investment is still the main factor restricting the efficiency of technological innovation. From the relationship between the two, the efficiency of technological innovation in coal industry has a positive role in promoting the ability of technological innovation. However, the ability of technological innovation has a negative effect on the efficiency of technological innovation, which may be related to the law of diminishing marginal income.
