【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,光伏发电由于其发电过程的清洁性,开始被世界各国所关注。受到政策扶持及国际市场日益扩大等因素的影响,中国光伏产业发展迅速,目前已成为世界上最大的光伏制造国。然而,近年来中国光伏产品在国际市场中受到较大冲击,尤其是以美国为首的各大光伏进口国对中国光伏产品展开的“双反”调查,导致中国光伏产品出口大幅下降,国内厂商大规模停产。在中国多晶硅光伏产业面临困境的背景下,有必要对中国多晶硅光伏产业的优势和劣势进行分析,依据优势要素加大发展力度的同时,通过政策扶持对劣势进行改进,让中国多晶硅光伏产业在国际贸易中占据有利地位。基于此,本文对中国多晶硅光伏产业的比较优势以及国际竞争优势展开研究。 首先,本文对中国多晶硅光伏产业的比较优势进行研究。通过对RTA、RCA和NRCA指数进行比较和分析,本文采用NRCA指数对中国多晶硅光伏产业进行评价。结果表明:中国多晶硅光伏产业具有比较优势。随后,本文从资本、技术、需求、劳动力资源、硅石资源、制度和产业集聚等方面对该产业的比较优势进行定性分析,并依据钻石模型中的四个主要要素对比较优势与国际竞争优势的关系进行理论研究。结果表明:在存在比较优势的前提下,产业更容易培养国际竞争优势。 其次,本文依据产业国际竞争优势的概念,建立了中国多晶硅光伏产业国际竞争优势评价指标体系,并运用博弈论综合权重赋权法,对中国、美国、欧洲、韩国和日本等几个国家多晶硅光伏产业的国际竞争优势进行测算。结果表明:中国多晶硅光伏产业具有国际竞争优势。综合上述研究结果本文得出结论:中国多晶硅光伏产业既具有比较优势又具有国际竞争优势。 最后,本文运用灰色关联度模型,分析比较优势要素与国际竞争优势发展的协调度,进而得到在优势转化过程中比较优势要素对国际竞争优势的影响程度,并提出相应的政策建议。结果表明:影响程度最大的是资本、劳动力资源和制度要素,影响程度最小的是产业集中度、产业平均规模、全员劳动生产率和平均综合能耗。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, photovoltaic power generation due to the cleanliness of its power generation process, began to be concerned by countries around the world, affected by policy support and the expanding international market, the photovoltaic industry in China has developed rapidly. At present, it has become the largest photovoltaic manufacturing country in the world. However, in recent years, Chinese photovoltaic products have been greatly impacted in the international market. In particular, major photovoltaic importers led by the United States to China's photovoltaic products launched a "double negative" investigation, resulting in a sharp decline in China's exports of photovoltaic products. Under the background that the Chinese polysilicon photovoltaic industry is facing difficulties, it is necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese polysilicon photovoltaic industry, according to the advantages of factors to increase the development of the same time. Through policy support to improve the disadvantages of China's polysilicon photovoltaic industry in international trade occupies a favorable position. Based on this. The comparative advantage and international competitive advantage of polysilicon photovoltaic industry in China are studied in this paper. Firstly, this paper studies the comparative advantage of polysilicon photovoltaic industry in China, and compares and analyzes the RCA and NRCA index of polysilicon photovoltaic industry in China. This paper uses NRCA index to evaluate the polysilicon photovoltaic industry in China. The results show that the Chinese polysilicon photovoltaic industry has a comparative advantage. Subsequently, this paper from the capital, technology, demand, labor resources. The comparative advantages of the industry are qualitatively analyzed in the aspects of silica resources, institution and industrial agglomeration. The relationship between the comparative advantage and the international competitive advantage is theoretically studied according to the four main elements of the diamond model. The results show that it is easier for the industry to cultivate the international competitive advantage under the premise of the existence of the comparative advantage. Secondly, according to the concept of industrial international competitive advantage, this paper establishes the international competitive advantage evaluation index system of China polysilicon photovoltaic industry, and uses the game theory comprehensive weight weighting method to China, the United States, Europe. The international competitive advantages of polysilicon photovoltaic industry in South Korea and Japan are calculated. The results show that the polysilicon photovoltaic industry in China has the international competitive advantage. Chinese polysilicon photovoltaic industry has both comparative advantage and international competitive advantage. Finally, this paper analyzes the coordination degree between comparative advantage elements and international competitive advantage development by using grey relational degree model, and then obtains the influence degree of comparative advantage factor on international competitive advantage in the process of advantage transformation. The results show that capital, labor resources and institutional factors have the greatest influence, and the least influence is the industrial concentration and the average scale of the industry.
