油用牡丹产业发展研究综述

【摘要】：文章从油用牡丹及其产业、新品种、油用牡丹综合效益及相关企业等方面对油用牡丹产业的发展进行探讨。研究发现,油用牡丹生物与经济性状表现优异,价值功能高,产业发展势头迅猛,在籽油成分、籽油加工提取等技术方面发展较快,但在种子栽培技术、优质新品种培育等方面整体发展较为缓慢。因此,油用牡丹产业的健康发展需在3个方面努力:(1)优质新品种较少,高产优质的油用牡丹新品种的培育应是油用牡丹产业优先发展的方向;(2)油用牡丹相关企业应重视其所处的宏观与微观环境,注重在技术、目标市场、产品价格、营销渠道及宣传推广等方面的管理,同时政府应加大对其的扶持力度;(3)提高技术,控制成本,降低产品价格,并加强宣传力度,提高油用牡丹相关产品的认知度,扩大产品受众群体。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development of oil peony industry from the aspects of oil peony and its industry, new varieties, comprehensive benefits of oil peony and related enterprises, etc. It is found that the biological and economic characteristics of oil peony are excellent. High value function, rapid development of industry, in seed oil components, seed oil processing and extraction technology, but in the seed cultivation technology, quality new varieties cultivation and other aspects of the overall development is relatively slow. The healthy development of oil peony industry needs to make efforts in three aspects: (1) few new varieties of high quality and high quality oil peony should be cultivated, which should be the priority development direction of oil peony industry. 2) Oil peony related enterprises should pay attention to their macro and micro environment, and pay attention to the management of technology, target market, product price, marketing channel and propaganda and promotion. At the same time, the government should increase its support; (3) improve technology, control cost, reduce product price, and strengthen propaganda to improve the recognition of oil peony related products and expand the audience of products.
