【摘要】:绿色食品越来越受人们的欢迎,一方面是出于食品安全的考虑,居民更信任绿色食品,人们的消费观有了较大的变化,绿色食品更为健康生态吸引了很多人的关注;另一方面,我国正在推进低碳经济以及环保型的经济增长方式,绿色食品作为一种的健康、安全的产品,其生产方式符合科学发展观的要求。牡丹江地区在发展绿色食品产业中有着一定的产业化发展基础,为了促进牡丹江绿色食品产业发展,需提前做出合理的规划。本文分析研究了基于牡丹江绿色食品产业发展的现状,分析牡丹江在绿色食品产业发展中所遇到的问题。为促进牡丹江绿色产业的健康、快速发展,本文还根据了国内外当前绿色食品产业的发展动态设计了牡丹江的绿色食品产业发展规划。最后,通过加大对绿色食品产业的发展,坚持市场开发与产品开发,加强基地建设,增加资金投入等多种方式保障规划的顺利实施。具体的谋篇布局如下:第一章,绪论。绪论部分对牡丹江发展绿色食品产业发展进行了背景阐述。此外,通过国内外文献的梳理提出绿色食品产业发展的国内外经验以及理论背景。第二章,发展绿色食品产业的基础理论。这部分主要是对绿色食品概念以及绿色食品产业化进行定义。同时结合可持续发展理论、食品安全理论、生态农业理论对绿色食品产业的发展提供理论依据。第三章,牡丹江绿色食品产业发展状况。在这部分中,主要包括对牡丹江绿色食品产业发展进行了SWOT分析,并对存在的主要问题进行了概述,包括企业认证能力弱、企业技术创新能力低;宣传推介力度不够、宣传面不够宽泛;中观政策和政府政策资金支持的力度较小;监管体系不健全、技术人员配备不到位;农产品品牌建设与维护能力弱。第四章,国内外绿色食品产业发展现状分析。选取了欧洲、美国和日本作为代表,以及山东、河南、新疆等省、自治区绿色食品产业发展较快的省份案例,通过对国内外的发展经验,得出要加大政府对有机农业的扶持力度,使有机农业生产有效高速的发展;加强有机农业市场化建设,形成产、供、销一条龙的直营模式;加快有机农业技术的研究、示范和推广,紧密结合农业科研、生产、教学;加大有机农业的宣传培训力度,开展有针对性的指导;完善有机农业信息化网络建设,打开销售市场。第五章,牡丹江绿色食品产业发展战略设计。对牡丹江绿色食品产业发展的指导思想,目标,原则,空间布局设计都进行分析,同时提出了促进牡丹江绿色食品产业发展的对策。包括注重对绿色食品产业的市场延伸及开发;加大对绿色食品产业的品牌建设以及宣传;加强基地建设,提升生产基地标准化水平;创造良好绿色产业发展环境,保障产品质量安全。提出了牡丹江绿色食品产业战略设计的指导思想、目标与原则,从空间布局、重点产业、主要任务等方面分别进行论述,同时为保障和促进牡丹江绿色食品产业发展的对策建议。第六章,主要结论与本文不足之处。本文研究结论和主要观点进行了梳理总结。最后本文研究认为牡丹江绿色食品产业发展规划的研究结果如下:(1)发展思路:以“强农富民”为目标,打造牡丹江“绿色食品”之都,促进绿色食品的产业化发展,用大品牌占领市场,吸引投资资本,形成牡丹江城区绿色食品产业集群;(2)总体布局:按照一个主体,两翼发展,三个产业区并进,四个产业带的共同发展。
[Abstract]:Green food is becoming more and more popular, on the one hand is the food safety considerations, the residents trust more green food, people's consumption concept has changed, green food is more healthy and ecological attracted a lot of attention; on the other hand, China is promoting a low carbon economy and environment-friendly economic growth as a kind of green food, health, safety products, the mode of production in line with Scientific Outlook on Development's requirements. The Mudanjiang area in the development of green food industry in the industrial development foundation, in order to promote the Mudanjiang green food industry development, need to make reasonable planning. This paper analyzed the current situation of green food industry in Mudanjiang based on the development and problems encountered in the analysis of Mudanjiang green food industry development in Mudanjiang. In order to promote the green industry healthy and rapid development, according to the country The dynamic development of the green food industry design and development planning of Mudanjiang green food industry. Finally, by increasing the development of green food industry, adhere to market development and product development, strengthening the base construction, increase funding for the smooth implementation of a variety of ways to protect planning. The development of the theory, theory of food safety, to provide a theoretical basis for the development of ecological agriculture theory of green food industry. The third chapter. The development of green food industry in Danjiangkou. In the fourth chapter, analysis the current situation of the development of green food industry at home and abroad. From Europe, the United States and Japan as the representative, as well as Shandong, Henan, Xinjiang and other provinces, provinces rapid development of green food industry in the autonomous case District, the development experience of domestic and abroad, in order to increase government support for organic agriculture, organic agricultural production effective and rapid development; strengthen organic agriculture The construction of the market, the formation of production, supply, sell one-stop direct mode; accelerate the organic agriculture technology research, demonstration and promotion, combined with agricultural scientific research, production, teaching; organic agriculture to increase the publicity and training, to carry out targeted guidance; improve the construction of organic agricultural information network, open market sales. The fifth chapter, the design of the development strategy of green food industry in Mudanjiang. The guiding ideology, the development of green food industry in Mudanjiang, the principle of spatial layout design are analyzed, and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of Mudanjiang green food industry. Including paying attention to market extension and development of green food industry; to increase the green food industry brand the construction and publicity; strengthening the base construction, improve the level of standardization of production base; to create a good environment for the development of green industry, ensuring product quality and safety. The Mudanjiang green food Product design industry strategic guiding ideology, objectives and principles, from the space layout, key industries, were discussed such as the main task, at the same time as the countermeasures to protect and promote the development of green food industry in Mudanjiang. In the sixth chapter, the main conclusions and shortcomings of this paper. The research conclusions and main points were summarized. Finally this study suggests that the Mudanjiang development planning of the green food industry. The results are as follows: (1): "strong agricultural development ideas to enrich the people" as the goal, Mudanjiang to create "green food", to promote the industrialization of green food development, occupy the market with big brands, attract investment capital, the formation of Mudanjiang city green food industrial cluster; (2) the overall layout: the two sides in accordance with a subject, development, three industrial zones and four industrial zone, common development.
