【摘要】：蔬菜是我国居民日常消费的重要副食品之一,蔬菜产业也是改革开放后各地区产业结构调整的主要方向,但是当各个蔬菜产地都以周年供应为标杆,通过产品多样化的策略来满足消费者的周年消费时,整个蔬菜产业开始向过剩时期转变。在山西省省城太原市,蔬菜产业在促进当地农民增收、保障周边地区“菜篮子”供应方面发挥了重要作用。蔬菜产业的发展已经成为太原市种植业中竞争优势明显、经济效益显著、发展速度较快的产业之一。进入“十三五”后,在先进省份的蔬菜产业发展势头迅猛、新兴蔬菜省份快速发展的紧迫形势下,巩固好当前太原市蔬菜产业既有发展成果、加快未来蔬菜产业的发展步伐已然刻不容缓。本文关注太原市蔬菜产地的周年供应变动和周年消费情况,基于蔬菜产业化规模、种植种类和种植数量等现状,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合等方法,运用农业产业化、供求均衡理论等相关理论,通过对太原市各区的实际种植情况进行分析,深入探讨了蔬菜产业发展面临的问题,找出影响太原市蔬菜产业发展的制约因素,有针对性地提出了太原市蔬菜产业调整和发展的对策。
[Abstract]:Vegetable is one of the most important non-staple foods for the daily consumption of Chinese residents. Vegetable industry is also the main direction of the adjustment of industrial structure after reform and opening up, but when the annual supply is taken as the benchmark for each vegetable production area. When the strategy of product diversification was adopted to satisfy the annual consumption of consumers, the whole vegetable industry began to shift to a surplus period. In Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, the vegetable industry was promoting the increase of farmers' income. The development of vegetable industry has become the obvious competitive advantage in the planting industry of Taiyuan, and the economic benefit is remarkable. After entering the 13th Five-Year Plan, the vegetable industry in the advanced provinces is developing rapidly, and the new vegetable provinces are developing rapidly under the urgent situation. It is urgent to consolidate the current vegetable industry in Taiyuan and speed up the development of vegetable industry in the future. This paper focuses on the annual supply changes and annual consumption of vegetable production areas in Taiyuan. Based on the current situation of vegetable industrialization scale, planting species and planting quantity, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to apply the relevant theories such as agricultural industrialization, supply and demand equilibrium theory and so on. Based on the analysis of the actual planting situation in Taiyuan, the problems facing the development of vegetable industry are discussed in depth, and the restrictive factors affecting the development of vegetable industry in Taiyuan are found out. The countermeasures for the adjustment and development of vegetable industry in Taiyuan are put forward.
