产品空间视角下中国装备制造业产业升级研究

【摘要】:"中国制造2025"战略为我国装备制造业提供了一个经济全面发展的机遇,应该准确分析地区间的产业升级现象,克服产业升级可能面临的"比较优势陷阱"问题。本文借助产品空间理论验证了产品空间的异质性,阐述了产品空间视角下我国装备制造业的发展水平,论证了产品密度、产品复杂度与优势变化的相关性,得出我国装备制造业初始生产结构良好,但东部地区存在比较优势断档现象,西部地区存在行业分割严重、产业整合难及人才匮乏的主要问题,东北及中部地区存在产品多样性不足的问题。本文建议,我国应该实施产业间优先升级战略,在产品空间的局部断点处配置新的产业,提升各产品转换的潜在能力,同时减少政府政策的干预,促进生产要素自由流动。
[Abstract]:The "made in China 2025" strategy provides an opportunity for China's equipment manufacturing industry to develop in an all-round way. Therefore, the phenomenon of industrial upgrading among regions should be accurately analyzed. This paper verifies the heterogeneity of product space with the help of product space theory, and expounds the development level of China's equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of product space. The correlation between product density, product complexity and advantage change is demonstrated. It is concluded that the initial production structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry is good, but there are comparative advantages in the eastern region and serious industry segmentation in the western region. The main problems of industrial integration and lack of talent, the Northeast and the central region of the problem of product diversity. This paper suggests that China should implement the strategy of priority upgrading between industries. New industries are deployed at local breakpoints of product space to enhance the potential ability of product conversion and reduce government policy intervention to promote the free flow of production factors.
