延边州马铃薯产业的发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：马铃薯,是一种集蔬菜、粮食、饲料及工业加工原材料等多种用途于一身的农作物,由于其具有适应性广、丰产性高、营养价值丰富和经济效益好等优点,并且拥有耐旱、耐寒、耐贫瘠等特点,目前已经有150多个国家种植马铃薯。在我国,马铃薯因其环境适应性强,其种植面积不断扩大,目前已经成为继小麦、水稻玉米、大豆之后的第五大栽培作物,在保障我国粮食安全、推进农业结构调整、促进农民持续增收、振兴农村区域经济和满足市场需求等方面有着不可替代的重要作用。本文首先明确了此次研究的目的及意义,认识到诞边州发展马铃薯的重要意义。确定了研究内容和研究方法,为整个研究工作确定了方向。之后,对农业产业化相关理论j进行了较为深入的学习,弄清楚了相关概念界定,了解了农业产业化运作理论。在掌握了一定理论基础后,通过大量的阅读、收集、整理国内外有关马铃薯产业发展的相关资料,大体上对国际、国内马铃薯产业的发展现状进行了分析,进而为延边州马铃薯产业发展提供外部环境的必要参考。通过对数据的比较分析,从延边州马铃薯种植情况、脱毒种薯生产能力、产业化发展现状三个方面,阐述了延边州马铃薯产业的发展现状。在对延边州马铃薯产业现状分析的基础上,通过SWOT分析法,首先分析了延边州发展马铃薯产业具有的优势有:环境区位优势、国内领先的科研团队和科技水平。其次分析了延边州发展马铃薯产业的劣势是:经营方式简单,企业生产成本高;加工技术含量低,附加值低,产业链延伸程度低;政府对马铃薯产业的认识和重视程度不够;土地集约化程度低,机械化生产能力薄弱;马铃薯脱毒种薯推广力度不足,缺乏有效的种薯质量控制体系。延边州发展马铃薯产业的机遇表现为:国家制定马铃薯主粮化战略,以及农业供给侧结构性改革推进马铃薯产业结构调整。同时延边州马铃薯产业也面临着国内外市场的竞争冲击。根据上述分析,本文提出了促进延边州马铃薯产业发展的五点意见:一是引入龙头企业,发展订单农业;二是着力搞好脱毒种薯繁育体系建设,建立种薯行业麻准和管理体系;三是增加科研投入;四是成立合作社,整合土地资源,进行集约化经营;五是发展精深加工业,加大马铃薯新产品开发力度。
[Abstract]:Potato is a kind of crops with vegetable, grain, feed and raw materials for industrial processing. It has many advantages such as wide adaptability, high yield, rich nutrition value and good economic benefit. And has the characteristics of drought tolerance, cold tolerance, poor tolerance and so on. At present, more than 150 countries have grown potato. In China, potato growing area is expanding because of its strong environmental adaptability. After wheat, rice, corn and soybean, it has become the 5th major cultivated crops, which can guarantee the food security of our country, promote the adjustment of agricultural structure, and promote the farmers' income increase continuously. Revitalizing the rural regional economy and meeting the needs of the market has an irreplaceable important role. Firstly, this paper clarifies the purpose and significance of this study. Recognize the importance of the development of potato in Birthday state, determine the research content and research methods, and set the direction for the whole research work. Then, the related theory j of agricultural industrialization has been studied deeply. Understand the definition of relevant concepts, understand the operation of agricultural industrialization theory. After mastering a certain theoretical basis, through a large number of reading, collection, collation of domestic and foreign relevant information on potato industry development. On the whole, the development status of potato industry at home and abroad is analyzed, and the necessary reference for the development of potato industry in Yanbian prefecture is provided. From three aspects of potato planting situation, virus-free seed production capacity and industrialization development status in Yanbian prefecture, the development status of potato industry in Yanbian prefecture was expounded, and the current situation of potato industry in Yanbian prefecture was analyzed. Through the analysis of SWOT, this paper analyzes the advantages of developing potato industry in Yanbian prefecture: environmental location advantage. Domestic leading scientific research team and scientific and technological level. Secondly, the disadvantages of developing potato industry in Yanbian Prefecture are as follows: simple management mode and high production cost; The processing technology content is low, the additional value is low, the industry chain extension degree is low; The government has not paid enough attention to potato industry; The degree of land intensification is low and the mechanization production capacity is weak; The popularization of virus-free potato is insufficient and the effective quality control system of potato is lacking. The opportunities of developing potato industry in Yanbian prefecture are as follows: the state formulates the strategy of potato staple grain. And agricultural supply-side structural reform to promote the adjustment of potato industry structure. At the same time, the potato industry in Yanbian Prefecture is also facing the impact of competition at home and abroad. According to the above analysis. This paper puts forward five suggestions to promote the development of potato industry in Yanbian prefecture: first, introducing leading enterprises and developing order agriculture; Second, we should make great efforts to construct the breeding system of virus-free seed tuber, and establish the jugular and management system of seed potato industry. Third, increase the investment in scientific research; Fourth, the establishment of cooperatives, the integration of land resources, intensive management; Fifth, the development of deep processing industry, to increase the development of new potato products.
