“一带一路”倡议与黑龙江跨境产业合作:机遇、路径与对策

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议创造了新型国际产能合作模式。"政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通和民心相通",为跨国产业合作提供了大平台和大通道。黑龙江省作为全国沿边开放新高地、面向俄罗斯及东北亚开放的重要枢纽站、沿边重要经济增长区域,是"一带一路"倡议东部陆海丝绸之路的重要节点。黑龙江省应以"一带一路"为契机,在林业资源、矿产资源、油气资源、煤炭资源、农业开发、水产资源、化工资源、电力资源等方面,全面强化国际合作,进一步拓展产业转型升级空间。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" initiative has created a new mode of international capacity cooperation. "Policy communication, road connectivity, smooth trade, currency circulation and people's hearts and minds." Heilongjiang Province is an important hub station for the opening of Russia and Northeast Asia, and an important economic growth area along the border. It is an important node of the "Belt and Road" initiative for the eastern land and sea Silk Road. Heilongjiang Province should take "Belt and Road" as an opportunity to take the opportunity in forestry resources, mineral resources, oil and gas resources, coal resources, agricultural development, aquatic resources. Chemical resources, power resources and other aspects, comprehensive strengthening of international cooperation, further expand the space for industrial transformation and upgrading.
