贵州加快特色产业体系构建研究

【摘要】：虽然贵州在“十二五”时期由于工业强省和城镇化地大力推进,经济水平有了较大的提高。但是贵州当前的经济总量在全国范围来看,依旧处于较为落后的水平。并且当前的贵州产业发展的结构不合理,贵州当前第一产业产值所占的比重是三次产业中比值最低的,2014年贵州第一产业产值占比仅为13.8%,可是第一产业就业人数所占的比重却是最高的,2014年贵州第一产业就业人数占比达到了61.32%。正因为贵州当前产业发展较为落后,就使得贵州如何通过未来“十三五”时期的发展,缩小贵州与国内发达地区之间存在的经济总量之间差距,推动贵州在经济上实现跨越式发展就显得极为重要。贵州加快特色产业体系的构建研究就是在这种背景之下展开的。本文在分析贵州产业发展现状,以及存在的问题和取得成效。在分析贵州加快特色产业体系构建所存在的优势以及劣势,外部的机遇和挑战之下,对于加快贵州特色产业体系构建,从两方面进行分析。一是分析贵州当前的特色产业的发展的现状。二是分析贵州具备发展成为特色产业可能性的潜力产业进行综合筛选分析,从产业经济效益、产业关联度、产业的发展前景以及科技水平综合筛选出贵州的潜力产业。政府应当加大对于潜力产业扶持力度,使其成为贵州真正的特色产业,助推贵州的经济发展。大力推动贵州产业的转型发展,促进贵州特色产业体系的加快构建。同时,对于加快特色产业体系的构建,贵州应当不断推进产业高效、低碳、集聚发展,不断改善产业的发展环境,加大品牌建设的力度,推动产业健康发展。
[Abstract]:Although Guizhou's economic level has greatly improved during the 12th Five-Year Plan period due to strong industrial provinces and urbanization, but the current total economic volume of Guizhou is nationwide. Still in a relatively backward level. And the current structure of industrial development in Guizhou is unreasonable, The proportion of the primary industry output value in Guizhou is the lowest among the three industries. In 2014, the proportion of the primary industry output value in Guizhou was only 13.80.But the proportion of the first industry employment was the highest. In 2014, the first industry in Guizhou took up the highest proportion. The proportion of industrial workers reached 61.32. It is precisely because the current industrial development in Guizhou is relatively backward. So how can Guizhou narrow the gap between the total economic volume between Guizhou and the developed regions in China through the development of the 13th Five-Year Plan period in the future? It is very important to promote the development of Guizhou's economy by leaps and bounds. It is under this background that the research on accelerating the construction of Guizhou's characteristic industrial system is carried out. Under the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of accelerating the construction of the characteristic industry system in Guizhou, the external opportunities and challenges, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of the characteristic industrial system in Guizhou. Two aspects of analysis are carried out. One is to analyze the current development situation of Guizhou's characteristic industries. The other is to analyze the potential industries in Guizhou that have the possibility of developing into characteristic industries and to carry out comprehensive screening and analysis, in order to analyze the industrial economic benefits and the degree of industrial correlation. The development prospects of the industry and the level of science and technology comprehensively screen out the potential industries in Guizhou. The government should increase its support for the potential industries so as to make them become the real characteristic industries in Guizhou. Promoting the economic development of Guizhou. Vigorously promoting the transformation and development of Guizhou's industries and accelerating the construction of the industrial system with Guizhou characteristics. At the same time, Guizhou should continue to promote industrial efficiency and low carbon for speeding up the construction of characteristic industrial systems. Agglomeration development, constantly improve the industrial development environment, increase the strength of brand building, promote the healthy development of the industry.
