新一轮东北振兴视角下京津冀产业转移与东北地区产业对接问题研究

【摘要】：东北地区对接京津冀产业转移是推动新一轮东北老工业基地振兴、实现东北地区产业升级的新途径。文章基于偏离-份额分析法,筛选出京津冀区域具有转移趋势的行业。采用产业梯度系数测算出东北地区具有比较优势的行业,根据东北各省的资源特征与产业发展规划,提出了东北各省对接京津冀区域的重点行业,并从政府、企业和产业园区3个层面提出了具体的对接路径。
[Abstract]:The industrial transfer of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the Northeast is a new way to promote the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China and to realize the upgrading of the industry in the Northeast. This paper is based on the method of deviation-share analysis. The industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with the trend of transfer are selected. The industries with comparative advantages in the Northeast region are calculated by using the industrial gradient coefficient, and according to the resource characteristics and industrial development plans of the Northeast provinces, The key industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of Northeast provinces are put forward, and the specific docking paths are put forward from three aspects: government, enterprise and industrial park.
