贫困地区农村一二三产业融合发展模式研究——基于武陵山片区的案例分析

【摘要】：在新的扶贫攻坚历史时期,农村一二三产业融合发展为贫困地区经济发展带来了前所未有的机遇。基于武陵山片区三产融合的经典案例分析,总结出农旅一体化带动型、纵向一体化延伸型、基层党组织引领型和电商平台助推型等四种典型的三产融合模式,并对各种模式的内涵及特征进行了深入分析,进而从宏观、中观和微观三个层面系统阐述了贫困地区一二三产业融合发展的运行机制。贫困地区应从夯实产业发展基础、加大政策扶持、深化机制体制创新和完善产业融合平台建设等方面构筑农村一二三产业融合发展的可行之路。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period of poverty alleviation, the development of 123 industries in rural areas has brought unprecedented opportunities for the economic development of poverty-stricken areas. Based on the classic case study of the integration of three industries in Wuling Mountain region, the paper concludes that the integration of agriculture and tourism is the driving force. There are four typical three types of integration models: vertical integration extension model, grass-roots party organization leading model and electronic commerce platform type. The connotation and characteristics of these models are analyzed in depth, and then from the macro perspective, the paper makes a thorough analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the three types of models. This paper systematically expounds the operating mechanism of 123 industry integration development in poor areas from the three levels of meso and micro. The poor areas should strengthen the foundation of industrial development and increase policy support. Deepening the innovation of mechanism and system and perfecting the construction of industrial convergence platform are the feasible ways to construct the rural 123 industry integration development.
