服务外包产业集群创新的系统结构与运行模式研究

【摘要】：服务外包是新一轮全球专业化分工的重要方式,是全球价值链分解、协作、重构的重要载体,已成为服务全球化时代的鲜明特征和重要内容。我国高度重视服务贸易与服务外包发展,加快推进服务经济进程。本文从服务外包产业集群创新特征入手,分析了以企业、中介、资金、政府及大学研究机构等组成的服务外包集群创新系统,最后了提出服务外包产业集群创新的运行模式。
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing is an important way of a new round of global specialization division of labor, and an important carrier of global value chain decomposition, collaboration and reconstruction. China attaches great importance to the development of service trade and service outsourcing, and speeds up the process of promoting service economy. This paper starts with the innovation characteristics of service outsourcing industry cluster, and analyzes the enterprises. The service outsourcing cluster innovation system is composed of intermediary, fund, government and university research institutions, etc. Finally, the operation mode of service outsourcing industry cluster innovation is put forward.
