【摘要】：正苹果产业是宁夏果品的传统产业,是果农种植时间最早、比较效益相对较高的优势产业。近年来,随着全国苹果产业发展由东部向西部的转移,宁夏成为苹果生产的适宜区,因其生产的苹果浓缩果汁具有高酸度而成为加工原料的优势产区。鲜食果品硬度大、含糖量高、用药次数少,在全国统测中宁夏苹果综合评比第3位,深受消费者青睐。多年来,在宁夏自治区党委、政府的关心和支持下,宁夏苹果产业得到快速发展,产业基地规模、效益快速增长,为宁夏的生态
[Abstract]:The apple industry is the traditional fruit industry in Ningxia. It is an advantage industry for fruit growers with the earliest planting time and relatively high comparative benefit. In recent years, with the transfer of apple industry from the east to the west, Ningxia has become a suitable region for apple production. Because of the high acidity of concentrated apple juice, it has become the dominant producing area for processing raw materials. The fresh fruit has the advantages of high hardness, high sugar content, less times of medication, and the third comprehensive evaluation of Ningxia apple in the whole country.
